Boe Bots Invade Home School
The Boe Bot is probably the most unknown yet advanced, cheap, robot kit on the market.
It doesn't look like much. Hell, it looks like a box with wheels. Even so, the Boe Bot robot is a hot item for home schoolers.
Robin Hoods of Henderson, NC who home schools his children says, "I got one of these robot kits for my 10 year old and he simply loves it. As a family of home schoolers, I'm always looking for things that will teach as well as entertain my kids and this robot more than fills that need. My son will sit for hours working on programs and then have hours of fun showing us what he accomplished. I HIGHLY recommend the boe bot to anyone who is interested in robotics."
Check out what some Boe Bot owners are doing. In this first video a group of students programmed their Boe Bot to navigate and parallel park!
In this next video, a Boe Bot owner uses the Optival sensor to program his Boe Bot to sense the closer object!
In this final video, a Boe Bot owner creates a pseudo intelligent autonavigation robot.
